Channel Three Productions continued to build on its relationships with the State of Texas, simultaneously being under contract with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
5 Year Contract with Texas Department of Public Safety (DFPS)!
2025 got off to a great start with the announcement of a 5-year contract with DPS and their Driver’s License Division. The timing could not have been any better with the TxDOT contract wrapping up this year. Video topics include a range of public information videos covering basic topics ranging from how to apply and renew driver’s licenses, timely issues like teen drivers, DWI’s and lawful presence requirements. We have already begun production on the driver’s license application videos and should have the first 4 completed this year!
Our Love Letter to Austin: the 2026 AAMVA Austin Conference Promo
The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) held its Region 2 Conference May 13-15 in Tampa, Florida, and Channel Three had a very tight deadline to complete the first video of the DPS contract – a promotion for the May 2026 Austin conference. The challenge of scheduling locations and the large DPS team, including Texas State Troopers entailed filming at the beginning of April, leaving only a month to complete the entire project. We started with the large group intro in front of the Capitol, crossed our fingers for good weather and no technical snafus and were rewarded! While we were gifted some stock footage from University of Texas and Ausin’s CVB, 90% of the footage was shot by Channel Three, from the Hyatt Regency on Lady Bird Lake to the food and fun around town! The video resembled many of the tourism and economic development videos we have done over the years for DFW, Oklahoma and Arkansas. We were so gratified to feature the beautiful sights and sounds of Austin, a city so dear to our hearts!
TxDOT Electrical Safety Videos Conclude in 2025 with the High Mast Pole Series
Our 4-year contract with TxDOT draws to a close this year with completion of the final electrical safety video out of the two dozen already produced. This past year, we produced the 5 final videos in this series, all focusing on high mast poles, from Assembly to Operation & Maintenance. As the contract closes with the finishing touches on the final video: Rigging and Erecting, we feel gratified to have played a part in the safety of the public and TxDOT personnel.
Conference Video Coverage Kicks Off 2025
While live events are hot all year these days, it seems the first quarter is really conference season. Channel Three started the year with video coverage for the Dexter LEADS Conference at the Renaissance Dallas and the Collin County of Realtors 2025 “Blast-Off” at the Plano Center.
New Dent Squad USA Grand Opening in Greenville, TX
Longtime Channel Three client, Dent Squad-USA in Frisco, TX, opened a new store in Greenville, TX and Channel Three created a series of new social media ads and videos to help create a buzz around the paint-less dent repair business, collaborating with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
